How to learn how to cook delicious salmon kebab 🍢

  1. We choose 900 g of red fish fillet to our taste: it can be salmon, trout, pink salmon, etc. We wash the fish, dry it and remove skin from it, if necessary.
    We wash the salmon fillet.
  2. Cut the fillet into medium cubes 3-4 cm wide and put them in a bowl.
    Cut the fillet into small pieces.
  3. We wash 1 bunch of dill and chop it with a knife. Put it in the bowl, add the juice of half a lemon (or a little more), 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, preferably olive, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
    Grind greens, mix it with vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. We mix all the ingredients in the bowl and get a quick marinade, with which we cover the pieces of fish. We do this with our hands so as not to damage the tender sirloin cubes. Leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
    Mix the pieces of fish with the marinade.
  5. Wooden skewers are briefly soaked in water so that they swell and do not burn in the oven. To make an impromptu barbecue, we wrap the foil in the oven lattice, on the foil we make frequent holes with a skewer.
    Cover the grate from the oven with foil, pierce it.
  6. When the pieces of fish are marinated, string them on skewers. We lay out on the foil at a respectful distance from each other.
    We put kebabs on the foil and send it to the oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 230-250ºС. We bake fish skewers for 15 minutes on each side, after which we remove and serve to the table. Thanks to the marinade, the taste of fish kebab will be self-sufficient, and the slices themselves will be juicy and tender. Additionally, you can serve fresh vegetables and greens, as well as any sauce (tartar will be especially tasty for fish).
