- Turn on the oven 180 degrees. While it is warming up, the dough will just infuse (about 10 minutes), and all the ingredients will have time to "disperse."

You will need:
- milk - 200 ml (1 cup);
- granulated sugar - 1 cup;
- baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
- 9% vinegar - to extinguish soda;
- flour - 250 grams (about 1.5 faceted glasses);
- apples - 4 medium pieces.
Cooking
- Combine milk and eggs and beat with a mixer or hand whisk.
- While stirring, slowly add sugar. When it dissolves, gradually add the sifted flour.
- When everything is dissolved, extinguish the soda.
- Set the dough aside and take care of the apples: wash them, remove the peel, cut out the seeds and plates. Cut them into slices or cubes, mix in the dough.
- Lubricate the crock-pot with butter or margarine, pour the mixture.

- flour - 2 cups (without a slide);

- vanillin - on the tip of a knife (or a bag of vanilla sugar);
- apples - about 5 pieces medium.
Cooking
- Beat with a mixer at the highest speed the chilled eggs and sugar until resistant foam. Add the vinegar slaked soda.
- Pour warm sour milk into the mixture, whisk again.
- Pour the flour sifted in advance, and mix well so that there are no lumps. The dough should be uniform in consistency and sufficiently liquid.
