Champignon | 1 kg |
Ground beef | 500 g |
Cheese | 50 g |
Olive oil | 30 ml |
Paprika | ½ tsp |

Step cooking
- We prepare the ingredients. To begin with, we wash the mushrooms and remove the legs from them.
- We spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet and grease them with olive oil.
- Add ground beef, pepper, add sweet paprika and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything.
- We form balls in hands and spread these balls in the middle of the mushrooms.
- Pour olive oil over everything.
- On a coarse grater, rub the cheese and sprinkle them with mushrooms.
- We bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Done! Enjoy your meal!

- Garnish the mushrooms with chopped fresh herbs and garlic.
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan. It is better to rub the cheese on a fine grater to make the parmesan look like cheese crumbs.
