Step cooking
- We take 700 grams of fresh champignons and cut the legs out of them with a sharp knife. It is better to take mushrooms of medium size and light color, such mushrooms can be eaten even raw. We postpone the legs separately.
- Put the cleaned hats in a plastic bag and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix gently, leave to marinate for 30 minutes. If you do not like mayonnaise, then you can simply salt the mushrooms and also leave to pickle.
- We take one onion and cut it into small cubes. We also grind very finely remaining mushroom legs.
- We turn on the gas or electric stove, set the pan to warm up and pour a little vegetable oil. When the oil warms up, add the chopped onion to the pan, fry it until transparent and add the chopped mushroom legs. Fry until all the moisture comes out of the mushrooms. Constantly mix.
- Turn off the pan, let the mushrooms cool. We take 200 grams of minced chicken and add mushrooms with onions. To make the mass denser, add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to it. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and also add to the minced meat with mushrooms. It is important to cut the garlic, not crush it. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix the mass with your hands.
- The filling is ready, you can start stuffing the mushrooms. We take the champignon hat and carefully fill it with the fingers with our fingers, slightly pressing the filling so that it fills the whole mushroom. Do not push hard so that the hat does not burst. We do this manipulation with the rest of the hats and put everything on a baking sheet.
- From above, mushrooms are very finely greased with mayonnaise, for taste.
- Put the pan in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. The temperature should be 200 degrees. While the mushrooms are fried in the oven, you can grate 70 grams of hard cheese on a medium grater. After 35-40 minutes, sprinkle the mushrooms with grated cheese and send to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
- Mushrooms are ready, you can serve to the table as an independent dish, and as a side dish. Enjoy your meal!
