Ingredients
- Olive oil - 20-30 ml
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Cumin - 1 pinch
- Oregano - 1 pinch
- Onion - 0.5 pcs.
- Chili pepper - 2 tbsp. l
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Tomato juice - 50 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Feta - 50 g
- Greens to taste
Step cooking
- In a preheated pan, 20-30 ml of olive oil and add to it a pinch of cumin and oregano.
- Finely chop the onion half and add it to the pan. Mix everything.
- Next, add 2 tbsp. l hot chili peppers and mix well.
- Add a pinch of ground black pepper for the flavor. Add salt.
- Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and also send it to the pan. Mix everything and lightly fry, without overdrying.
- Pass 1 peeled tomato through a blender and add it to the pan.
- Add 50 ml of tomato juice to make the composition more liquid.
- Add 1 tsp. sugar to balance the acid and give 2 min. components to crush among themselves.
- Beat 4 eggs into the resulting mixture and add 50 chopped feta cheese.
- Cover the cooking composition with a lid and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 4 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with herbs. Let it brew for 10 minutes. and serve.
