Ingredients
Product | amount |
Gray flour | 600 g |
Rye flour | 100 g |
Water | 500 ml |
Salt | 2 tsp |
Sugar | 2 tbsp. l |
Yeast | 10 g |
Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Sift the gray flour and add rye flour to it.
- Add salt, sugar and yeast there. Mix everything well.
- Add warm water in parts, while kneading the dough. This can be done with a spoon or with your hands, as you prefer.
- Move the dough slightly so that there is some free space in the bowl. Add vegetable oil there.
- Continue to knead the dough until it is smooth and soft.
- Place the dough in silicone or any other baking dish.
- Cover the dough with a bowl, towel or film. Leave it to come up for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake bread in the oven at this temperature for 1 hour.
- When the bread is ready, remove it from the oven and remove the form using oven mitts.
- To keep the crust crispy, do not cover the bread after removing it from the oven. Bread is ready, bon appetit!
