Step cooking
- Before you start making a sandwich, you need to boil 1 chicken egg.
- Getting started making a tuna sandwich. First, peel the red onion and rinse with cold water. Cut in half and finely chop only half the onion. It will be enough to make two sandwiches.
- We cut 5-6 olives into thin rings. It is also possible to make a sandwich using olives without filling.
- To make a sandwich, cut into half as small as possible half a cucumber. You can use fresh or salted vegetable. The latter will make the sandwich more salty, and with the green cucumber the sandwich will be richer and fresher.
- Using a fork, knead half the canned tuna until all large pieces are chopped. Thus, it will be easier to smear the filling on the sandwich. Do not pour the liquid out of canned food, because with its help the fish will turn out juicier.
- In a bowl of mashed tuna add chopped onions, olives, cucumber and 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise. It is better to use homemade mayonnaise. All products are thoroughly mixed.
- We season the tuna with vegetables with the VEGETA Natur spice to our taste. If such a seasoning could not be found, then you can do without it, adding a little salt and pepper to the sandwich filling. Re-mix the ingredients with a fork.
- We heat the grill pan and fry 2 slices of sandwich bread for several minutes on both sides.
- We clear the boiled egg from the husk and cut into rings 3-4 mm thick. Similarly chop the tomato.
- Tuna with vegetables are evenly distributed over a slice of bread.
- Spreading 2-3 slices of boiled egg and tomato on top. Put a small piece of iceberg lettuce on top.
- Cover the sandwich with another slice of bread.
- The resulting sandwich with tuna is cut diagonally and pierced in the middle with a toothpick so that it does not crumble. It is also possible to add cheese, various greens to your taste, garlic and other ingredients in the filling. This appetizer will not be like fast food, while it can be served on any table, or just cook for breakfast.
