Ingredients
- lamb saddle - 1 kg
- onions - 1/4 pcs.
- ground black pepper - a pinch
- paprika - a pinch
- salt - 1 tsp.
- garlic - 3 tooth.

- olive oil - 300 ml
- mineral water - 50 ml
Step cooking
- We chop the lamb saddle weighing 1 kg in pieces and put it into a deep container.
- Add 1 tsp to the meat. salt, a pinch of black pepper and paprika.
- There we add 1/4 of the onion, cut into half rings.
- In a deep plate, mix a bunch of finely chopped greens, 300 ml of olive oil and chopped 3 cloves of garlic.
- We pour meat with ready sauce and add 50 ml of mineral water to it.
- Cover the meat with cling film and let it marinate for 3-5 hours.
- We fry kebab, putting pieces of lamb on skewers.
