- Grease a deep bowl with a capacity of 5 liters with vegetable oil (20 ml) using a cooking brush.
- Transfer the dough into a bowl, brush on top with a brush. Cover the bowl with a dishcloth and leave it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to make the dough fit.
Forming and baking buns
- Dust the working surface with flour (1 tablespoon), put the approached dough from a bowl on a mat. Divide the entire batch of dough into identical pieces (16-20 pieces). Form balls from each piece.
- Roll each blank into a rectangle about 3-4 mm thick with a rolling pin, the size of the blank is approximately 15 cm × 20 cm.
- With a culinary brush, lubricate the workpiece with softened butter (70 grams), not reaching the edges of the workpiece by 1 cm. Mix 75 grams of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon over the oiled area of the workpiece. Sprinkle the surface of the rectangle with pre-washed raisins (350 g).
- Fold the workpiece with a loose tourniquet. Pinch one edge of the tube.
- Cut the workpiece with a knife along, departing from the fixed edge by 1 cm.
