- Quince - 500 g
- Sugar - 500 g
Step cooking
- Rinse 500 g of quince. Cut each apple into 4 pieces and remove the core.
- Slice the peeled fruit into slices. Scroll the quinces on a blender.
- Add 500 g of sugar to the scrambled quince and scroll again.
- Pour the resulting jam into jars, close with a twisting lid and send to the refrigerator for storage.
