- Add chopped bell pepper to the vegetables, mix again, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, 40 grams of granulated sugar and 30 grams of salt. Mix, cover and simmer another 15 minutes.
- We sterilize glass jars and boil the lids. Pour the finished salad into jars and twist the lids.
- Turn all the cans upside down, wrap them with a blanket and leave them in this state until they cool completely.

- In this case, you can adjust the number of tomatoes yourself. That is, if you like thicker salads, then put less tomatoes.
- Storage of salad jars is recommended at room temperature if the lid is still closed. If the can opened, then store the salad in the refrigerator.
- You can store the salad for one year in a closed jar and no more than two weeks in an open.
