Ingredients
- Potato - 2 pcs.
- Sprats - 200 g

- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step cooking
- First you need to boil potatoes and carrots. It is better to do this in advance so that the vegetables have time to cool. If you immediately dip the finished potatoes in cold water, it will be much easier to peel it. We also need 5 hard boiled eggs. To do this, dip the eggs in cold or boiling water and after boiling, cook for at least 10 minutes. After that, we take the eggs out of boiling water and dip them in cold water to make it easier to peel off the shell. Next, we move on to preparing the ingredients. Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots, and then rub on a coarse grater.
- Hard-boiled eggs are peeled and the proteins are separated from the yolks. Grate squirrels on a coarse grater, and yolks on a fine. Rub the melted cheese on a fine grater. To make the processed cheese easier to rub, it can be slightly frozen. After that, we begin to lay layers of lettuce. To make the salad beautiful and neat, you can use the split baking dish. We put the grated potatoes with the first layer and carefully level it over the entire form, slightly tamping with a spatula.
- We rub pickles on a coarse grater and let drain excess fluid. Next, make a small incision on the package with mayonnaise or transfer it to the cooking bag and cover the potato layer with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
- Next, open the jar with sprats and transfer them to a plate, after draining the excess oil. Sprats need to be slightly chopped. This can be done with a fork. Chopped sprats spread on top of potatoes.
- Finely chop a bunch of green onions and sprinkle them on top of sprats.
- On top of the onion, spread the grated egg whites and again cover them with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
- The next layer spread grated carrots. Lightly condense it and sprinkle with black pepper. Then cover with a mesh of mayonnaise.
- Next, spread the grated cucumbers and cover them again with a mayonnaise net.
- We spread the grated melted cheese with the next layer and carefully level its surface.
- On top of the salad we decorate the egg yolk grated on a fine grater and cover the form with cling film. Next, we send the salad to the refrigerator and let it soak for 1-1.5 hours. Such a salad can be prepared in advance for the holiday.
- Before serving, remove the salad form and decorate it with sprigs of greenery. Enjoy your meal.
