Step cooking
Prepare the ingredients
- Pour 1-1.5 liters of bottled water into a small saucepan and add 2 pinches of salt.
- Bring the liquid to a boil, and then gently lower 400 g of frozen green beans into it. After boiling again, boil the product for 5 minutes. If you prefer crispy beans, then cook it over medium heat from the moment of boiling exactly 3 minutes. We discard the boiled beans into a colander, and then douse it with cold running water. After all excess fluid drains, transfer the beans to a bowl and set aside for now.
- Two small onions are peeled and then cut into thin half rings.
- Three cloves of garlic are very finely chopped with a sharp knife or passed through a press.
- One bunch of fresh parsley is thoroughly washed, then we cut off the thick trunks. The remaining greens are finely chopped with a knife. Separately squeeze 20 ml of juice from lemon or lime, then filter it through a fine sieve or gauze filter.
Cooking salad
- Pour 30-40 ml of refined sunflower oil into a wok pan and heat it well.
- Put the chopped onion on the hot oil and fry it until golden brown with active, constant stirring.
- Add garlic to the rosy onion and fry both components for 1 minute.
- We also send boiled green beans and 340 g canned corn there.
- Stir the ingredients well, then fry them for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally so that they do not burn. In the prepared salad, add salt, ground black pepper and again everything is thoroughly mixed. The amount of spices depends on your taste preferences.
- After the specified time, add fresh parsley, 25 ml of soy sauce and freshly squeezed citrus juice. Stir everything well and fry the product for another three minutes. We shift the finished salad into a suitable container and serve it exclusively in the form of heat.
