Ingredients
- Leafy greens - 100 g
- Green beans - 100 g
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Onion (sweet) - 30 g
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l
- Balsamic cream to taste
- Sunflower oil - 15 g
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp. with a slide
Step cooking
- Cut into strips 250 g of chicken, put in a bowl, slightly add salt. Pour 1 tbsp. l soy sauce, mix. Leave for 10 minutes to marinate.
- In a pan, heat 15 g of sunflower oil, fry the fillet until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl we pour 4 tbsp. l olive oil, 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar and 2 tsp. lemon juice.
- Also add 1 tsp. with Dijon mustard slide, mix well to get a homogeneous consistency. Refueling is ready.
- In a separate bowl, spread the leafy greens (you can take any salad leaves - 100 g). To do this, pre-washed and dried leaves we tear by hand.
- Onion (no matter what color, but always sweet), cut into strips.
- Mozzarella balls (100 g) are cut into slices or in half - depending on their size.
- We cut 100 g of sun-dried tomatoes with scissors in half (for lack of sun-dried, you can take fresh ones).
- Pour half the cooked dressing on the leaves of greenery and mix well.
- We also prepare 100 g of green beans: put it in boiling water for 5 minutes, then put it in a colander and rinse with cold water, then it will not lose its saturated green color. We serve salad in portions. To do this, lay out leafy greens on a plate, then boiled green beans.
- Be sure to add salt to taste. Then we spread the chicken fillet: you can whole slices, you can cut into large cubes.
- Next, lay the onions, add the sun-dried tomatoes. Water the dressing.
- Lay out mozzarella slices. Garnish with balsamic cream.
