Step cooking
We are preparing the product
- Boil 200 g of chicken breast or fillet in salted water until ready, then remove the meat from the broth and allow it to cool to room temperature. On average, the chicken is cooked 20 minutes after boiling water. In the meantime, peel the medium-sized bell pepper from the seeds, and then cut the stem and white flesh. Cut the sweet vegetable into small cubes.
- Cooled meat is also cut into cubes the same size as pepper.
- Peel the apple, remove the core, and then cut in the same way.
- We put all three components in a deep bowl, in which we are going to knead the salad.
- Hard cheese in the amount of 150 g is rubbed on a coarse grater or cut into a small but thin straw.
- We send the crushed cheese in a bowl to the rest of the ingredients and stir everything well. Add salt, ground black pepper to the salad. We determine the amount ourselves, focusing on our own taste. We put there 60 g of mayonnaise and 15-20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use yogurt or sour cream of high fat content. Stir the ingredients and set aside so that the products are well saturated with mayonnaise.
Serve the salad
- Meanwhile, we cut celery in an amount of 150 g into small thin half rings. We put celery pieces on a flat large dish, evenly distributing the product over the entire surface of the plate.
- On top of a layer of celery, carefully spread the cooked salad. We decorate the salad with parsley leaves and leave it in this form for about half an hour so that it reaches the desired delicate consistency.
- Serve the dish with refreshments on the table and arrange the salad on plates.
