Step cooking
- Two medium onions are peeled, washed under cold water with a tap, cut into quarters on a cutting board. We remove to the side.
- We send the pan to the stove, turn on the fire, add 50 ml of odorless vegetable oil to the pan. When the oil warms up well, put the onion chopped in quarters into the pan. Fry the onion until golden brown. During frying, add half a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon without sugar to the pan. We do it all over low heat so that the onion does not burn. We remove to the side.
- Now we put a small stewpan on the stove, pour water there, let it boil. While the water is boiling, we clear the chicken liver from excess fractions and fat, washing under running water. We send the liver to boiling water, cook the product for about ten minutes, then add half a teaspoon of salt, cook for another 4-5 minutes, turn off the heat. The liver should not be cooked for more than 15 minutes. First cool the chicken liver, and then cut it into small pieces on a cutting board. We place the product in a deep salad bowl, set aside.
- Then add the cooled fried onion to the liver.
- Cut into a chopping board one hundred grams of Korean carrots so that it is not too long.
- We send carrots to a salad bowl to the liver and onions.
- We take three pickled cucumbers of medium size, cut the cucumbers first into slices, then chop these slices into cubes.
- We spread the chopped pickles in a salad bowl to the rest of the ingredients prepared for use.
- Now add to these components one hundred grams of mayonnaise. Mix the salad thoroughly with a tablespoon so that it covers all the ingredients with mayonnaise. Chicken liver salad with Korean carrots is ready, it can be served on the table.
