Step cooking
Prepare the ingredients
- We send the pan to medium heat and warm it up well.
- We spread 400 g of frozen champignons on a dry hot pan, where we leave them to defrost and fry.
- As soon as the mushrooms become soft and a lot of liquid appears, then completely drain the water and fry the mushrooms until all the moisture has evaporated.
- Add to mushrooms 15-20 ml of vegetable oil, as well as salt and pepper in accordance with personal taste. Fry the mushrooms until cooked, and then remove them from the stove and allow to cool to a warm state.
- We cut warm champignons into medium-sized pieces.
- We peel one large onion from the husk, and then rinse it with running water. Cut the onion into small cubes with a sharp knife.
- In a small saucepan, boil 1 chicken breast until tender. We take the meat out of the broth and allow the chicken to cool to a warm state. We disassemble the breast into small thin fibers with a length of 3 to 4 cm.
We are preparing the product
- Pour 15-20 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and warm it well. Pour the chopped onions onto the hot oil.
- Fry the onion over medium heat until transparent.
- Mix the mushrooms and the fried onions in one bowl. At this stage, we try the mushrooms on the salt, and if necessary, add more.
- Add the chopped chicken there and stir everything thoroughly.
- In a separate container, break three chicken eggs. Add 20 g of mayonnaise and a little salt to the eggs.
- Beat the ingredients with a mixer or blender until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- We heat the pan on which the onions were fried, and pour a small amount of the cooked egg mass into it.
- Fry the omelet on both sides until cooked. Do the same with the remaining egg mixture. On average, you should get 5-7 omelets.
- We put the cooled omelets in a stack, and then twist them into a roll.
- We turn the resulting roll onto a cutting board and cut it with a Christmas tree, like noodles.
- We send the egg noodles to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- Separately finely chop one sprig of parsley and dill, which we also send to the salad. Last add the desired amount of mayonnaise and mix the components of the salad well. Set the salad aside for 10 minutes, allowing the components to soak in mayonnaise. We spread the treat in the form of a round lump, and then serve it on the table. If desired, you can leave a small amount of egg noodles and decorate the salad with it.
