Step cooking
- In a deep bowl, beat 10 chicken eggs and beat well with a whisk until smooth.
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove to warm up. Pour 5 tbsp into a separate bowl. l potato starch and pour a little water to it, mix well with a whisk, add water if necessary so that there are no lumps.
- Pour the starch mixture to beaten eggs and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
- You can pour a little vegetable oil into the pan as desired, but this is not necessary in a non-stick pan. Then slowly pour a little trickle of the prepared mixture into a preheated pan to make the pancake thin.
- Fry until brown on both sides.
- Thus, prepare omelet pancakes from the whole mass and put them on a plate in a pile. Cool ready-made pancakes at room temperature.
- While the pancakes are cooling, prepare garlic mayonnaise. Peel 3 cloves of garlic and pass through the garlic in a separate bowl and put in it about 2-3 tbsp. l mayonnaise. Stir the garlic and mayonnaise well with a teaspoon.
- Cut about 200-220 g of smoked chicken into thin strips. To do this, you can use smoked chicken breast or thighs at your discretion.
- Then, each omelet pancake in turn, roll into a roll and cut into thin strips on a cutting board, then place it in a deep bowl.
- Add chopped smoked chicken to scrambled eggs and season with garlic mayonnaise. If you wish, you can add salt and pepper to the salad, but note that smoked chicken and garlic have already added piquancy to the dish.
- You can put the finished salad with omelet on a serving dish covered with a salad leaf.
