Kitchen appliances and utensils: cooker, pan, egg slicer, kitchen scale and other measuring accessories, cutting board, sharp long knife, deep bowl with a large diameter, salad bowl, tablespoon.
Ingredients
Components | proportions |
canned seaweed | 300 g |
egg | 3 pcs. |
crab sticks | 200 g |
fresh small cucumber | 1 PC. |
olive oil | 40 ml |
sea or table salt | optional |
ground black pepper | optional |
Step cooking
- First, boil hard-boiled three chicken eggs. Pour the finished testicles with ice water and leave for 10-13 minutes, so that it is easy to remove the shell. We take 200 g of crab sticks and cut them into thin strips along. Spread the crushed ingredients in a deep bowl for kneading the salad.
- Peeled boiled eggs are cut using an egg slicer. If you do not have such a device, then chop the eggs with a sharp knife, cutting them into straws of medium thickness.
- We clear the small cucumber from the peel, and then cut into strips of the same thickness as the crab sticks.
- We spread 300 g of canned seaweed on a cutting board, and with the help of a long sharp knife we cut it into small pieces.
- We put all four ingredients in one bowl and add 40 ml of olive oil there. If you will use sunflower oil, then use refined, which does not have a specific, pronounced aroma. Salt and pepper the salad according to your own taste. We mix everything thoroughly, trying to distribute all the components as evenly as possible.
- We spread the product in a salad bowl and serve.
