So, what to cook from pickled or salted mushrooms? One would like to answer this question, of course, salad! However, do not underestimate the taste of this product. Soups, main dishes, and sauces are cooked with it. And served as a festive table, along with delicate sour cream jelly or aspic from trout, as well as everyday, as its delicious variety.
Honey Salads
A delicious salad with pickled mushrooms can be prepared from the simplest foods. It is important that products with a neutral taste are used in combination with them. And the result is a very satisfying dish.
It is attractive that no mushroom preparation is required. It is only necessary to remove them from the can, rinse under running cold water, and then dry (it is convenient to do this with a paper towel). After which honey agarics are ready for use.
Salad with mushrooms, pickled mushrooms and chicken
You will need:
- pickled mushrooms - 100 g;
- boiled chicken - 250 g;
- cheese - 200 g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- canned green peas - 50 g;
- horseradish and other spices, salt - to taste.
Cooking
- Dice the chicken.
- Grate the cheese (use the largest side of the grater).
- Finely chop the mushrooms.
- Combine all ingredients, add peas and mix.
- Make dressing for dressing: add grated horseradish, spices (for example, dill, dried marjoram), salt to sour cream. Mix and season the salad.
- Refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving.
The volume of such a salad is small. Depending on the number of guests at the table, you can increase it. If you use 1 can of honey mushrooms (this is approximately 500 grams), take a kilogram of chicken, and increase the other components by 2 times.
Puff salad with pickled mushrooms and ham
You will need:
- honey agarics - 1 jar (approximately 500 g);
- ham - 300 g;
- green onion - 3-4 onions;
- eggs and boiled potatoes - 3 pieces each;
- mayonnaise - ideal if homemade.
Cooking
- All ingredients must be cut into cubes, honey mushrooms left intact.
- We lay the components in layers: mushrooms to the very bottom of the form, coat with mayonnaise. Then we put a green onion, again mayonnaise. The next layer will be ham, also with mayonnaise, followed by potatoes and mayonnaise. Chopped eggs will complete the dish.
- Lettuce should be sent to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and before serving, turn the form over and put on a plate.
This is an easy way. The peculiarity of this salad recipe with pickled mushrooms is its simplicity, satiety and attractiveness. After all, its upper layer resembles a “mushroom clearing”, as such a salad or its interpretation is called.
It is convenient to use not a regular bowl, but a detachable shape when cooking. Then putting the dish on a plate will be much more convenient, and you will not damage the top layer. The ingredients should be stacked tightly, rammed. And the use of mayonnaise for each layer will allow to soak the salad, make it saturated and very tasty. By the way, if you notice, the recipe does not use salt. If the one that is present in the mushrooms and ham is not enough for you, salt the potato layer before greasing it with mayonnaise.
Pickled mushroom salad - recipe with tomatoes and bell pepper
Most often, for the preparation of salads with pickled mushrooms, nutritious components (meat, potatoes) and mayonnaise are used, which makes them extremely high-calorie.We offer you a real dietary version of the dish with honey mushrooms, which is also incredibly tasty.
You will need:
- honey agarics - 300 g (a little more than half a jar);
- sweet pepper - 500 g (use peppers of different colors, so the dish will also be very beautiful);
- tomatoes - 2 pcs. red fleshy tomato;
- green onions - 100 g of feathers;
- onions - half the middle onion;
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- dill - a bunch;
- salt - a pinch to taste.
Cooking
- Rinse the vegetables, peel the seeds from the pepper, cut it into strips, tomatoes - in half rings.
- Peel the onion, cut into half rings, scald with boiling water to leave the bitterness. After a few minutes, drain, add to the vegetables.
- Rinse and dry the greens, chop, add to the vegetables and onions, add the mushrooms.
- Mix the ingredients, add salt, olive oil and lemon juice. Serve immediately.

You will need:
- mushrooms - 100 g;
- tomatoes - 4 pcs.;

- onion - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;

- Transfer to a clean bowl, add mushrooms, spices and herbs.
- Grind with a blender. Serve on slices of bread or in tartlets.
Pickled mushroom soups
Cooking soup from pickled mushrooms takes a minimum of time, and the taste pleases with the novelty.
You will need:
- water - 2.5 l;
- potatoes - 300 g;
- pickled mushrooms - 300 g;
- onion - half the head;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- pearl barley - 3 tbsp. spoons;

- dried dill and bay leaf;
- vegetable oil, salt.
Cooking
