Step cooking
- Pour clean water (2.5-3 liters) into a large pot and place on a stove to make the water boil.
- In boiling water, place the washed chicken fillet (800 grams), cover the pan with a lid with a hole and cook the fillet until cooked.
- 15 minutes before the fillet is ready, add salt (to your taste). If you salt the water at the beginning of cooking, then the fillet will turn out tough. Check the readiness of the chicken with a fork. Remove the finished fillet from the water and put it on a plate so that it cools completely. Open the cans with beans (2 cans) and put it in a colander so that the glass is all liquid. You do not need to wash the beans, otherwise it will lose all its taste, and the salad will turn out to be fresh.
- Transfer the beans to a bowl. Peel the garlic (2 cloves) and chop finely with a knife.
- Wash fresh dill (a small bunch), dry and chop finely.
- Cut the cooled chicken into small cubes, cutting it across the fibers.
- Put the diced fillet in a bowl of beans and mix well with a spoon.
- Add finely chopped garlic and dill.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise, adding it to taste. Mix well.
- Salad with chicken breast and beans is ready.
Decoration methods and serving options
Transfer the finished salad with boiled chicken breast and beans to a beautiful salad bowl or to portioned tartlets for each guest. Garnish the salad with sprigs of fresh dill, sliced pitted olives and slices of white bread fried in a pan in garlic oil. Salad can be served as a regular dinner for the whole family, and on the festive table.
