Ingredients

Shrimp 400 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Water 1 liter
Tomatoes 2 pcs. (medium)
Cheese 100 g
Leaf salad 15-20 g
Garlic 1 clove
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. First, boil 3 eggs. For salad, they should be hard boiled, so after the water in a saucepan with eggs boils, they need to be boiled for about 10 minutes. After - we put the pan under running cold water. This will cool the eggs faster and make them easier to peel.

  2. Shrimp (medium size) clear of shells. We only need meat. 400 g (if it’s less, don’t worry) shrimp are sent to a large bowl, in which we will mix the whole salad.

  3. There, we tear in large pieces lettuce (about 15 g). You can simply chop them coarsely, if that is more convenient. Sent in a bowl of shrimp.

  4. Take 2 tomatoes and cut them into cubes (about 1x1 cm). Pour into a bowl with shrimp.
    Dice the tomatoes and spread to the rest of the products in a bowl.
