- Hard boil 4 large chicken eggs. Peel, cut into medium sized cubes. For cooking, it is good to take homemade chicken eggs with a saturated yellow color of the yolk. The dish turns brighter and more appetizing. Boil 100 grams of peeled shrimp, let them cool completely. When cooking, add salt, bay leaf, a few peas of black pepper to the water (not specified in the recipe). In this case, the shrimp meat will be more aromatic and tastier. If the seafood is large, cut in half. Small shrimp can be laid whole without chopping.
- Remove the barrier film from the product. Cut the crab sticks into medium sized pieces about 5-6 mm long. Slices of all ingredients, except hard cheese, are usually cut in one way (cubes, stripes, straws) of the same size. When buying crab sticks, look at their design - only the outer surface is painted. Color can be different, usually pale pink, red. Do not take frozen, cracked produce. Pay attention to availability time data. Freezing products after thawing a second time is not recommended.

It is very interesting to combine with shrimp a sweet-salty gruyere with nutty notes.
- Serve the dish in a traditional way - stir all the ingredients and season them with 100-150 grams of mayonnaise. Decorate with chopped greens or red caviar. Combined serving - put the chopped ingredients on the serving plate with the slides without stirring them, place the mayonnaise in the center of the plate. Such a salad is mixed already on the table.
