Step cooking
- Finely chop 1 head of onion and send it to a preheated pan with the addition of 50 ml of olive oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Cut into slices 300 g of champignons.
- In a deep plate, spread 150 g of peeled shrimp and add the fried onions to them.
- Pour another 50 ml of olive oil into the pan and send mushrooms to it. Fry them until cooked.
- Before removing the mushrooms from the fire, add a pinch of salt and pepper to them.
- Dice 3 slices of rye bread.
- In a deep bowl we mix a pinch of Provence herbs, salt, pepper and 50 ml of olive oil.
- Add the sliced bread to the resulting dressing, mix it well and send it to the microwave for 3 minutes.
- We take out, mix and dry again for about 2 minutes.
- On a coarse grater, rub 100 g of hard cheese and pour it into a mixture of shrimp and onions.
- Finely chop the parsley and send after the cheese. We transfer fried mushrooms there.
- We season all the ingredients of 3 tbsp. l mayonnaise. Mix.
- Put the finished salad in a slide on a plate, decorate with crackers and herbs. The dish is ready!
Ready salad is incredibly light and tasty. It can be a great dinner option. If you replace it with mayonnaise, for example, sour cream, then the finished dish will also become a diet.

- It is best to buy shrimp frozen, as they are considered a perishable product. Therefore, if you do not live in the Mediterranean, not frozen shrimp on store shelves for the most part will not be the first freshness.
- Do not use shrimp that you just got out of the freezer to cook. When you immerse them in boiling water, due to the temperature jump, the meat will not cook evenly and it will taste bad.
- If you cook the shrimp unpeeled, they will be tastier: the carapace will help preserve all the juice in the meat.
