Step cooking
- Peel a large apple and cut it around the core. We cut each of the obtained pieces into very small cubes. Alternatively, you can grate the apple on a fine grater.
- Boil and cool 4 eggs in cold water. First we cut them into halves, and divide them into small cubes. You can also grate the eggs or pass several times through the egg cutter.
- We remove the packaging material from 200 g of crab sticks, cut them first into thin strips, and then into small cubes.
- We combine all these ingredients in a deep container, there we send 1 can of canned corn. Add 1-1.5 tbsp. l store or homemade mayonnaise of any fat content and mix thoroughly. If you feel that the salad is unsalted, salt it to taste and add ground black pepper for greater piquancy.
- We serve the ready-made salad to the table in portions laid out or in a common serving dish. Garnish with chopped herbs and slices of vegetables, grated cheese, egg crumbs, pickled olives and mushrooms.
