Kitchenware:
- cutting board;
- knife;
- kitchen scales;
- salad bowl;
- bowl for chopped tomatoes;
- fine grater;
- spoon
Ingredients
Crab sticks | 250 g |
Tomatoes | 120-150 g |
Hard cheese | 100 g |
Fresh dill | 1 bunch |
Garlic | 1-2 teeth |
Salt | taste |
Mayonnaise | for salad dressing |
Step cooking
- Cut 250 g of crab sticks into thin strips. You can also cut into circles or small cubes - it all depends on your preferences. Put chopped sticks in a salad bowl.
- Take 2 tomatoes with a total weight of about 120-150 g. Cut them first into circles, and then into small strips. It is better to take a ripe, but dense tomato, less juice will flow from it. Transfer the chopped tomatoes into a separate bowl. They will give away the extra juice that we don’t need, and then you can add them to the salad. If this is not done, the dish may come out too watery.
- On a fine grater, grate 100 g of hard cheese and add it to the crab sticks. Put chopped tomatoes in a salad bowl, slightly squeezing them from the juice with your hands.
- Chop 1 or 2 cloves of garlic finely. Add it to the salad. Finely chop a bunch of fresh dill and add it to the salad bowl.
- Shuffle the contents of the salad bowl. Add salt to taste and mix again.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix well again.
Enjoy your meal!
