Step cooking
- First you need to prepare a deep salad bowl. Then proceed to slicing 230 g of crab sticks into cubes. Since crab sticks are always sold frozen, it is better to place them from the freezer in the refrigerator 12 hours before making the salad and thus unfreeze.
- While you are cutting all the ready-made ingredients, put a pot of water and 6 chicken eggs on the fire, boil them until cooked, soak for a while in cold water, so they will be much easier to clean.
- Cucumber must also be diced. To start, wash 150 g of the vegetable and cut it into slices, and then grind it into straws and a cube. Send chopped cucumber to a salad bowl to crab sticks.
- Boiled eggs can be peeled and crushed. Cut eggs should be the same as other products. Mix them with other ingredients.
- Peel, wash and finely chop the onions. So that in the salad he does not give too much bitterness, it is necessary to add a little salt and mash, so he will let the juice, and all the bitterness will come out. Send chopped onions in a bowl of salad.
- Open a can of canned corn, drain all excess liquid from it and add 150 g of corn to the salad.
- Salt all the ingredients a little and mix thoroughly, then add the required amount of mayonnaise and mix again. If desired, crab salad can be decorated with sprigs of greenery, or cut it into the dish itself and mix.
Mayonnaise
If for some reason you do not use store mayonnaise, then you can make it yourself. For homemade mayonnaise you will need 200 ml of odorless sunflower oil, 1 chicken egg (raw), lemon juice ½ citrus, 1 clove of garlic.
- Pour 200 ml of vegetable oil into a deep container, and then carefully add the egg to it so as not to damage the yolk.
- Next, send lemon juice ½ fruit and one crushed clove of garlic to the egg with butter.
- When all the ingredients are in the container, lower the submersible blender into it and start whipping at maximum speed, lifting it up and lowering it down. When the mixture is dense and white, then you can stop whipping. Homemade mayonnaise is ready.
