Step cooking
- First you need to boil 6 hard boiled eggs. To do this, put them in a pan, fill with water and put on the stove. After the water boils, slightly reduce the temperature so that it does not boil very much, and cook for at least 10 minutes. After that, lay the eggs in a container with cold water. So they can be easier to peel.
- After the eggs have cooled, carefully peel the shell off them and rub them on a fine grater. If small pieces of shell remain on the eggs, you can rinse them under running water and dry them with paper towels or a cotton towel.
- Next, lay the grated eggs in a deep container and carefully level. Then grease them with mayonnaise. The amount and fat content of mayonnaise you adjust yourself, depending on personal preferences. You should not fill the salad with mayonnaise, otherwise it will be too fat, but you also do not need to save much, otherwise it will turn out dry. It is also better to give preference to mayonnaise with low fat content. So the salad will turn out easier.
- Then go to the crab sticks. For this salad, we need 200 g of crab sticks or, if desired, crab meat. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces. We spread it over a layer of grated eggs, level it and also grease it with mayonnaise.
- Open a jar of canned pineapple and pour the syrup from them. It is better to take pineapples, canned in slices, but if there are none, you can use the rings, after cutting them into cubes. Spread pineapples on top of crab sticks and carefully level. A few pieces are left for decoration. Grease pineapples with a layer of mayonnaise.
- Next, we rub 150-200 g of hard cheese on a medium grater. We fill the salad with grated cheese, carefully distributing it on the surface.
- Finely chop the onion and sprinkle the salad on top of the cheese. If you do not like onions, you can use any other herbs, or, for example, decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds. Put the remaining pineapples in the center of the salad for decoration. In general, the options for serving and decorating the finished salad are limited only by your imagination and the availability of time. Enjoy your meal.
