Step cooking
- We take out the crab sticks (200 g) from the packaging and cut into thin strips. To do this, you must first cut the stick into 3 parts across, then each of the parts - in half lengthwise, and then each of the resulting halves - straws. We put the chopped crab sticks into a deep container in which we will mix all the ingredients.
- I wash the tomatoes (2 pcs.) And cut each of them into 4 parts. Then, at each quarter, we remove the stalk and “entrails” (seeds) and then cut into strips.
- Sliced tomatoes are added to the container to the crab sticks.
- I wash the red bell pepper (2 pcs.), Clean it from seeds, and, like tomatoes and crab sticks, cut into the same thin strips. Add it to the container with the rest of the ingredients.
- Hard cheese (150 g) is rubbed on a coarse grater. Then add the grated cheese after the pepper.
- Grind the garlic (this can be done using garlic presses, a fine grater or a regular knife) and also send it to the salad. In principle, if you wish, you can not use garlic at all, but with it the taste of the salad turns out more saturated.
- We also add a little salt and ground black pepper to the salad to taste.
- Then we season it with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
- If necessary, transfer the salad to the serving dish and proceed to the meal!
Decoration and serving
You can decorate this salad with sprigs of fresh herbs (parsley, dill or basil), red caviar seeds, sliced olives, Korean carrots, etc. If desired, you can add hard-boiled chicken egg to the main ingredients. Enjoy your meal!
