Step cooking
- Chicken eggs (4 pcs.) We will lower in cold salted water and we will cook after boiling for 10 minutes. Put them under cold water to cool. Cut the crab sticks (200 - 250 g) lengthwise into 4 parts, and then chop them across with medium cubes. If you took frozen sticks, you must defrost them before cooking.
- Now add cubes of fresh cucumber to the salad bowl (1 - 2 pcs., Depending on size).
- Peel the cooled eggs, cut in half, and cut each half into quarters.
- Take a can of canned corn, salt the liquid and pour 200 g of corn to the rest of the ingredients. The taste of corn will greatly affect the taste of the finished dish, so choose a quality product with pronounced sweetness. If in the final version you still do not have enough sweets, then sugary a little ready salad.
- Prepare the sauce: to 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.
- Mix the mayonnaise with garlic well and season the salad.
- On a coarse grater, rub 2 processed cheese and gently mix all the ingredients.
- Then we try, and if necessary, we add a little. For supply we will use a detachable metal ring. Put it on a large flat plate and fill it with ready-made salad. Then carefully remove the ring. Another beautiful serving option: line a deep plate with fresh lettuce leaves, and pour crab salad on them. Then the dish looks especially fresh and appetizing.
- Finely chop a small bunch of green onions and sprinkle on top for decoration. Onion feathers can be cut in the usual way - into small crumbs, but it will be more beautiful and original if you cut the onion diagonally. If desired, small twigs of fresh parsley can be spread around the salad ring for decoration.
