Step cooking
- We start preparing the salad by cleaning and pickling king prawns. For 5-6 people, 1 kg of product will be required. Using a kitchen knife, cut off the head of the shrimp and remove the shell. Pile the peeled seafood in a deep bowl.
- Through a press we pass 1 clove of garlic and add it to a bowl with shrimp.
- We taste seafood with freshly ground colored or black pepper. Water shrimp 2 tbsp. l lemon juice and a similar amount of olive oil. Mix well with a tablespoon and leave to marinate for several minutes at room temperature.
- While the shrimp is marinated, prepare the crackers. To do this, cut the roll into small cubes.
- Pour about 2 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil and grind garlic clove through a press. We put the pan on the stove and fry the garlic a little in oil, stirring it with a spatula.
- Put bread cubes on a preheated pan and fry them until a golden hue appears. When the crackers are ready, turn off the heat and transfer them to a bowl.
- Put the pickled shrimp in a clean pan and fry them over low heat for several minutes. When they get a pinkish tint, they can be removed from the stove. We shift them to a flat plate and let cool.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces with a knife. Leaves can also be chopped by hand.
- Pour about 500-600 ml of water into a small stewpan and boil 15 quail eggs. After cooking, let them cool, peel and cut into halves. We also wash 15 cherry tomatoes and cut each tomato in half. When all the products are prepared, you can form a salad out of them. It is recommended to put the salad in portions in separate plates. First, lay out the crushed iceberg salad. Shrimp spread on top of lettuce leaves. In the center we have about 1 tsp. sauce. Top the salad with halves of quail eggs and cherry tomatoes.
- On a coarse grater, rub 200 g of hard cheese to your taste and sprinkle Caesar salad on it. At the end, complement the dish with rosy crackers. The salad is very tasty, and thanks to a special sauce, quite tender.
How to make the sauce
- For the salad you will need a special sauce. To prepare it, you need to chop 1 clove of garlic. Put it in the blender bowl.
- We cut 3 anchovies into small pieces and add them to a bowl of garlic.
- For the remaining ingredients, drive 1 chicken egg into the bowl and pour 1/2 tbsp. l lemon juice. All ingredients are slightly salted.
- For the sauce you will also need 2 tsp.mustard, which we add to the bowl to the rest of the products.
- Rub the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater and add 2 tsp to the sauce.
- Pour all the ingredients about 10 tbsp. l olive oil and grind everything well with a submersible blender. Beat everything is required for several minutes until the sauce becomes a homogeneous consistency. It should turn out quite thick.
