- When choosing products, pay attention to their quality, freshness. It is better to use tomatoes that are grown at home. They are filled with vitamins, not carcinogens.
- It is better to choose mayonnaise fresh with a short shelf life from a branded manufacturer. This product contains less preservatives and dyes. If possible, make homemade mayonnaise to increase the usefulness of a delicious salad.
- From greens, you can use not only parsley. You can add or replace parsley with dill, green onions.
- From spices, black ground pepper is suitable, a little salt. You can also add a mixture of different peppers.
Step cooking
- To make a salad, you can use smoked chicken breast or smoked ham. Remove the skin from it, cut into cubes about 1 cm. Send to the salad bowl.
- Dice hard cheese with the same cubes. Ready salad will look harmonious if all the ingredients are crushed by approximately the same size. The choice of cheese is yours, I used Russian. It is better to take fresh, high-quality cheese of low fat content, if you follow the figure, than a cheese product that will not bring any benefit to the body. Sliced put in a salad bowl to the meat.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water, dip the excess water, cut in half, remove the liquid core.
- Cut into slices and send to the salad bowl. If there are no cherry tomatoes, you can use ordinary ones, cutting them into approximately the same slices as meat and cheese.
- Add mayonnaise to the ingredients in the salad bowl, mix gently. For salad dressing, you can use a product with a high percentage of fat content. If you follow your diet, use lean. You can make mayonnaise at home.
- To give the dish a little pungency, you can add 1-2 pinches of ground pepper, sea salt. Do this as you wish, depending on your preference.
- Wash half a bunch of parsley under the tap with cold water, finely chop on the board, sprinkle the salad on top. If you wish, you can add any other greens of your choice. Cover, refrigerate for 1 hour to soak.
