Ingredients
- Smoked Chicken Breast - 300 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Potato - 2 pcs.
- Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- Processed cheese - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - 1 pack
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Pickle the onion. Finely chop it, pour boiling water, add sugar and 1 tbsp. l 9% vinegar. Leave in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
- Finely chop the smoked chicken breast and put it on a serving dish.
- Level with a spoon and grease the first layer with mayonnaise.
- Put the pickled onions in a second layer.
- Grate potatoes and form the third words in the salad. Grease it with mayonnaise.
- The fourth layer rub on a coarse grater egg yolks. Level the layer with a spoon.
- The penultimate layer is processed cheese, which we also grate. Pre-cheese can be frozen - so it will be easier to grate. And on top of the cheese we make a mayonnaise net.
- The last layer of salad will be egg whites, we rub them on top of the cheese layer.
- Leave the salad for 1 hour at room temperature and serve.
