Step cooking
- In a liter pan, carefully place 3 chicken eggs, pour 500-700 ml of water and put on a large fire. When the water boils, reduce the heat and boil the eggs for 10 minutes. When 10 minutes have passed, remove the pan from the fire, carefully drain all the water, pour eggs in 1 liter of cold water and leave to cool. While the eggs are cooling, rinse under running water 1 bunch of green onions, dry it and finely chop with a knife.
- Pour the chopped onion into a deep container. Open with a can opener 1 can of canned corn, pour it into a sieve and leave the excess liquid to the glass. When the glass is liquid with corn, add it to the other ground ingredients in a container.
- We peel the boiled eggs from the shell, cut them into cubes and send them into a deep bowl to the green onion.
- Using a can opener, open a can of canned squid, drain all the liquid and cut the clam meat into strips no more than 5 mm wide, then add it to a deep container.
- Sprinkle all the ingredients in a container of 0.5 tsp. salt and add 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, after which we thoroughly mix all the components.
- Take 1 tartlet and fill it with 1 tbsp. l lettuce, squeezing it slightly so that it does not get enough sleep, after which we spread the tartlet on a serving dish.
- In the same way we fill the rest of the tartlets. A dish with tartlets filled with salad is served on the table.
Important! If desired, purchased tartlets are replaced with home-made baskets made of yeast-free puff pastry. To do this, roll out the thawed dough with a rolling pin into a layer no more than 3 mm thick, then cut circles out of it with a glass or a mold, put them into muffin molds, level them with your hands, pierce the bottom several times with a fork so that it does not rise during baking. Such products must be baked in an oven preheated to 200 ° C until they are browned, then we take them out and cool them, without removing them from the molds.
