- Peeled garlic is cut into several pieces and sent to a mortar.

- When the water boils, it must be poured into a bowl with processed squids and kept in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
- At this time, the onion is finely chopped and poured to the processed cucumber.
- Half of the bell pepper, peeled of the stalk, septum and seeds, is chopped with a thin straw.
