Step cooking
- Cut the onion into very thin strips.
- Put the onions in a bowl and pickle. To do this, pour 1 tsp to the onion. Sahara. Lightly salt.
- Pour 3 tbsp. l vinegar (9%).
- Pour in water - so much that the onion is completely covered.
- Knead the onion with your hands and leave to pickle.
- Cut into thin strips 500 g of boiled and fully chilled squid (to obtain this amount you will need 1 kg of raw squid).
- We also cut 400 g of crab sticks with very thin straws - first along and then diagonally (you can use crab meat). We send the sticks to the squid container.
- In the same bowl, grate 250 g of cheese on a coarse grater.
- Here, on a coarse grater, grind proteins from 6 eggs.
- Tilt the onion onto a sieve, letting the liquid drain, squeeze it slightly, add to the total mass.
- We also put in the salad half of the total volume (140 g) of red caviar - 70 g.
- Fill salad with mayonnaise - you need about 150 g.
- Add a little pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix gently.
- You can serve such a salad in a common salad bowl or portioned bowls, decorating with the remaining caviar on top.
