Step cooking

  3. Cherry tomatoes in the amount of 270-300 g mine, and then cut each fruit into four equal parts, while removing the stalk. Slices of tomatoes randomly spread on top of the chicken.
    We cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and spread them evenly on top of the chicken.
  4. Peppers weighing about 150 g are cleaned of seeds and core, after which we cut the product into small cubes.
    Cut the bell pepper into a small cube.
  5. Chopped pepper evenly spread over the tomatoes.
    Sprinkle a layer of tomatoes with a layer of pepper.
  6. We measure 100-130 g of cheese, after which we cut it into cubes the same size as the pepper was cut. Some chefs grind cheese on a coarse grater - the taste of the dish will not be affected.
    Dice hard cheese.
  7. We form a thin layer of pieces of cheese, laying them on top of pepper.
    We spread cheese on top of our salad.
  8. Grinded peeled walnuts in a blender or cut into small pieces with a knife. The amount of nuts depends on your preference - the approximate amount is 30-50 g.

  9. Chopped nuts randomly distributed on top of the cheese.
    Sprinkle a layer of cheese with nuts.
  10. We peel two cloves of garlic from the husk, and then rub them on top of the salad using a fine grater.
    For piquancy, rub a little garlic over the salad.
  11. Sprigs of parsley in an amount of 2-3 pieces are thoroughly washed, then dried on paper towels. Next, finely chop the greens and decorate with it an almost ready dish.
