Kitchen appliances and utensils: kitchen scales and other measuring accessories, a wooden cutting board, a sharp knife, a large deep bowl, a tablespoon.
Ingredients
Components | proportions |
canned red beans | 600 g |
boiled beef | 200 g |
garlic | 4 cloves |
mayonnaise | 50-80 g |
green cilantro | 1 bunch |
salt | optional |
ground red pepper | optional |
Step cooking
- 600 g canned red beans are thrown into a colander, and then thoroughly washed with cold running water. Instead of a canned product, the use of independently boiled beans is allowed. We lay the prepared beans in a deep container, in which we will prepare the salad.
- We take 200 g of boiled beef and cut it into small pieces, then we send it to the beans. Instead of beef, you can add beef or veal tongue, which also needs to be boiled first and then cooled.
- Crush four cloves of garlic with a knife blade, and then finely chop and put to the rest of the ingredients. Ideally, this salad implies a large amount of garlic and red hot pepper, but you add as many ingredients as you like.
- A bunch of fresh cilantro is washed, slightly dried, and then finely chopped with a sharp knife. We send greens to the crushed products.
- In a bowl with chopped ingredients, spread 50-80 g of mayonnaise. Some chefs add walnuts and hazelnuts to this salad.
- There we add the desired amount of salt and ground red pepper.
- Stir the product thoroughly, trying to distribute the mayonnaise as evenly as possible across all products. We shift the finished salad into a suitable dish, and use cilantro leaves as a decoration. We let the product brew for 10-20 minutes so that all the components are thoroughly soaked with mayonnaise, and then serve.
