Ingredients
- Beans - 350 g
- Beef - 350 g
- Red onion - 1 pc.
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Hot chili pepper to taste
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley or cilantro - to taste
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Hot mustard - 1 tsp.
- Suneli hops - 1 tbsp. l
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar 9% - 50 ml
- Sugar - 25 g
- Cold water - 100 ml
Step cooking
- Take the red onion and cut it into slices.
- Add sugar to it and knead everything with your hands. Add 25 milliliters of vinegar and water to the onion. Mix and leave for 15 minutes.
- Boil the beef and cut it into strips.
- Sweet pepper cut into thin slices.
- Chill hot pepper and garlic.
- We chop walnuts, chop parsley coarsely.
- In the salad add boiled beans or canned beans to taste.
- Add onion to the rest of the ingredients, after pouring the liquid. Add the suneli hops, 25 milliliters of vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Add mustard and oil, mix. Done!
