Step by step cooking
- We boil 500 g of water. In a pan we put 100 g of funchose, pour hot water, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. Funchoza after this time will be completely ready. But if you wish, you can boil it. Boil glass noodles in salted water for 5 minutes. After that, recline in a colander, let the water drain. Add one teaspoon of vegetable oil, mix well. So the noodles will not stick together.
- While the funchose is infused, peel three carrots (300 g), rinse it. Take the choice of carrots seriously, the taste of the finished dish will depend on this. Choose hard, sweet carrots. If you cook a dish in the season of its growth, then young carrots will be the best for such a salad. For this salad, you can also use ready-made Korean carrots. It can be made independently or purchased ready-made in the store. Grate carrots for Korean carrots. If you don’t have one, you can cut it into very thin strips.
- We shift the carrots into a deep bowl, add the finished funchose to it, mix everything well.
- Add salt, ground pepper, a little hot pepper, one teaspoon of vinegar to taste, mix.
- We peel two cloves of garlic, rinse, rub on a fine grater or pass through the garlic and send to the salad.
- Heat 50 g of vegetable oil and pour on the garlic, mix.
- Mix the salad with two forks, lifting it from two sides. Stir slowly to preserve the integrity of rice noodles. We cover the salad with a lid, let it brew for 10 minutes and serve.
- If you don’t have time, you can immediately serve. For long-term storage, put the salad in a dish with a lid, send it to the refrigerator.
