Step cooking
- First, fry a slice of brown bread in a pan, pouring 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. After the bread is browned on one side, turn over to the other and salt to taste. Fry until golden brown.
- Leave the toasted slice of bread to cool, after which, for taste, rub it on both sides with 1 clove of garlic.
- Cut the bread into small cubes. If you do not want to bother with bread, you can buy ready-made crackers with a garlic flavor.
- Onions are cut into medium sized cubes and spread in a frying pan, poured 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Fry the onion until transparent.
- On a coarse grater, rub 1 medium carrot and spread it on the pan to the onion. Mix with a spatula and simmer over medium heat for several minutes. At the end of cooking, turn off the stove and leave the vegetables to cool completely.
- About 400-450 g of red beans, cooked in their own juice, are transferred to a colander so that the glass is excess liquid. We wash the beans under cold water. We leave in a colander to eliminate excess moisture, and then transfer the beans to a deep bowl. For the recipe you will need 1 can of canned corn, from which it is necessary to drain all the liquid. Add the corn to the bowl with beans.
- The cooled vegetables are transferred from the pan to a deep bowl with beans and corn.
- Cut 4-5 gherkins in small strips and put in the bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
- On a coarse grater we rub 100 g of hard cheese. You can choose any product that you like best. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed with a tablespoon.
- At the end, dress the salad with 200 g of mayonnaise. It is important to choose a quality product so as not to spoil the taste of the finished dish, or make mayonnaise yourself at home. Mix the salad so that the mayonnaise is evenly distributed, and all products are well saturated.
- The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table, sprinkled with crackers on top. If you add crackers immediately and mix, then they will get wet and will not be crispy.
