Step cooking
- We begin the preparation of the salad with the preparation of vegetables. First, wash the large bell pepper and cut it into several slices. We take out the seeds and all the insides, cut the pepper into thin strips about 2-3 mm thick.
- Cut the red lettuce into 2 halves and cut into thin half rings. If you did not find such an ingredient, use regular onions. If it is too bitter, then pour it over with boiling water before adding it to the salad.
- Put chopped vegetables in a deep bowl. Onions should be disassembled into thin stripes.
- We cut 250 g of crab sticks, cutting them first in half, then into thin strips. You can also disassemble crab sticks with your hands into small strips. It is important to choose tasty sticks, because then the salad will turn out juicy and tasty.
- 200 g canned beans are also laid out in a bowl with chopped crab sticks and other ingredients. Beans must be added without excess fluid.
- To make the salad more spring and healthy, cut 2-3 branches of fresh dill and parsley. But it is worth cutting only the greens, and cut off the ponytails. If you wish, you can use only parsley or dill, and also replace them with any other herbs of your choice. Add chopped greens to the salad.
- We start preparing salad dressings. To do this, in a separate bowl mix 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. l lemon juice and 1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
- Grind through a press 2-3 cloves of garlic and also add them to the dressing. Mix well until smooth.
- Add 1 tsp to the dressing. sugar or a similar amount of natural honey. Mix everything thoroughly and salt to taste.
- Pour the resulting dressing into a bowl with a salad and mix everything thoroughly. Refueling should be evenly distributed.
- The salad is ready, it turns out colorful and juicy, and thanks to the beans, it is also very nutritious. Such a salad can be served independently or with any side dish and meat. It will be a good addition to any table.
