Step cooking
- To prepare such a salad, you need 1 leg. The meat can be used in boiled, smoked or fried form. The most dietary salad is obtained if 1 leg is boiled in water for 15-20 minutes. After the meat is cooked, leave it to cool slightly. Finished chicken meat is separated from the bone and cut into small pieces.
- Put 4 chicken eggs in a small saucepan, pouring 500-600 ml of cold water into them. We put the pan on the stove and boil the eggs until cooked. Let the eggs cool, peel and cut into small cubes.
- In a deep bowl, spread the chopped chicken eggs and add the chicken cut into cubes.
- Add 150-200 g of Korean carrots to the salad. You can cook the carrots yourself or buy one that is already ready in the store. Thanks to the carrots in Korean, the salad is obtained with a more pronounced and piquant taste.
- For the salad, you will also need 1 can of red canned beans. You can use a home-made product or buy ready-made beans in a store. Open the jar and drain the liquid. You should not add beans with liquid, because then the salad will turn out to be watery. We spread the canned beans in a deep bowl to the rest of the products.
- Salad dressing 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise. If you do not like or do not eat mayonnaise, then replace it with a similar amount of sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly until the mayonnaise is evenly distributed.
- Salad can already be served. If you want it to be juicier and have a richer taste, then put the salad in the refrigerator for several hours, then all the ingredients will be better saturated. You can serve the salad on your own or with any side dish at your discretion. It turns out to be very tasty, slightly islandy and quite nutritious. It is possible to diversify the salad by adding grated hard cheese, mushrooms, Beijing cabbage and some other ingredients.
