Step cooking
- Half-smoked chicken sausage or any other smoked meat (100 g) is cut into strips.
- Also, cut into strips 80 g of pickles. They will give the salad a juiciness.
- Half the onions are cut into small cubes, the taste of the onion will give the salad piquancy and pungency.
- Salad can be prepared both with boiled beans and canned. If we prepare a salad of canned beans, then combine 2 types of beans (white and red), 150 g each in a deep bowl. Add 1 liter of boiled water to rid the beans of the mucous broth. Thanks to this simple manipulation, the salad will be more beautiful and tastier.
- Drain the water, put the beans in a colander and let drain. Then put the beans in a salad bowl.
- Add the chopped half-smoked sausage.
- We put a dry frying pan on the fire and put 2 tbsp into it. l walnuts. Lightly fry over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool and slightly chop nuts. Add julienne pickles, walnuts and chopped onions.
- All that remains is to season the salad with your favorite salad dressing. It can be either mayonnaise or sour cream. You can fill the salad with just sunflower oil with the addition of vinegar or lemon juice. If you made a salad of canned beans, then salt is not required. If you boiled the beans yourself, then salt the salad to taste.
- Wash greens (dill and parsley), slightly dry and finely chop. Once the salad has been seasoned, it can be served immediately. Sprinkle with chopped greens on top - bright colors will not hurt the salad.
The second way of cooking beans is to soak it in hot water, but in this case it does not need as much time as in the previous method. We take dry beans, wash it with cold water, pour it into a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. After boiling, keep the beans on fire for about one minute, turn off the heat and let it brew for one hour under the lid. It will swell in the same way.After this, we pour out the water, pour a new cold one and do the same thing further as in the first version.
