Step cooking

  1. We begin the preparation of the salad by peeling 1 large onion from the husk. If you have a small onion, then use 2 heads. Cut the onion into small cubes.
    Finely chop the onion.
  2. We clean the medium-sized carrots and rub on a coarse grater.

  4. We put the pan on the stove and pour 1-2 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil. We spread onion cubes on hot oil and fry until half ready.
    Fry the onions in a pan until soft.
  5. If the onion has already become transparent, add the grated carrots to it. Mix vegetables and fry for several minutes over medium heat.
    Add carrots to the onion and pass the vegetables together.
  6. After 2-3 minutes, spread the plates of mushrooms in a pan to vegetables and fry until cooked, until all the liquid has evaporated.
    Add mushrooms to vegetables.
  7. A few minutes before cooking, salt the vegetables in a pan to taste. Turn off the heat and let the ingredients cool slightly. Transfer the chilled mushrooms with vegetables into a deep bowl.
    We shift the cooled vegetables with mushrooms into a roomy salad bowl.
  8. Add to the dish 1 can of red canned beans in our own juice. You can use a home or purchased product.
