Step cooking
- We begin the preparation of the salad by peeling 1 large onion from the husk. If you have a small onion, then use 2 heads. Cut the onion into small cubes.
- We clean the medium-sized carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
- We proceed to the preparation of champignon mushrooms. We need them 400 g. Well washed with dirt and sand. Cut off the leg and clean the cap of each mushroom, removing the upper ball. Mushrooms should turn out completely white. Processed champignons cut into plates.
- We put the pan on the stove and pour 1-2 tbsp. l odorless vegetable oil. We spread onion cubes on hot oil and fry until half ready.
- If the onion has already become transparent, add the grated carrots to it. Mix vegetables and fry for several minutes over medium heat.
- After 2-3 minutes, spread the plates of mushrooms in a pan to vegetables and fry until cooked, until all the liquid has evaporated.
- A few minutes before cooking, salt the vegetables in a pan to taste. Turn off the heat and let the ingredients cool slightly. Transfer the chilled mushrooms with vegetables into a deep bowl.
- Add to the dish 1 can of red canned beans in our own juice. You can use a home or purchased product.
- Using the garlic press, grind 1-2 cloves into a salad.
- Washed and chopped fresh dill is added to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. On average, it takes about half a bunch, but if you like greens, you can use the whole.
- To make the salad uniform, add about 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise. All mix well.
- Bean and mushroom salad is ready. You can put it on a beautiful plate and serve it for lunch or dinner. The dish is quite nutritious, so you can serve it yourself without any side dish or meat.
