Step cooking
- Peel 1 large onion from the husk and cut it into thin strips (quarter rings).
- Wash 1 medium green bell pepper. We remove seeds and excess veins from it. Cut it into medium strips 4-5 cm long and 3-4 mm wide. Similarly, process red bell pepper. If it is large, half is enough.
- All of the above ingredients are tightly placed in a medium plate and pour 4-5 tbsp. l wine vinegar. It is necessary that the vegetables are slightly marinated; then this vinegar merges. If desired, it can be replaced with lemon juice.
- We wash 1 medium tomato and 1 small cucumber. Cut them into medium strips or cubes as you wish.
- We wash 800 g of canned beans, drain the marinade. Put it in a deep bowl. We add chopped tomato and cucumber there.
- From the onions and peppers, when they stand for about 5 minutes, drain the wine vinegar and send these vegetables to everyone else.
- Water salad 2-3 tbsp. l olive or any other vegetable oil to taste pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, try for the presence of pepper - the salad should be with light piquancy.
- We put the finished dish on plates. We eat meals along with any side dishes, as one of the dishes, and even if you are on a diet, as the main dish because of the large amount of protein in beans.
