Ingredients

Step cooking
- Divide the cucumber in half, cut each of the halves into half rings.
- Cut medium-sized red tomatoes into large pieces - divide into four parts. If the fruit is larger or smaller, make the number of pieces appropriately larger or smaller, depending on size.
- Grind a bunch of green onions to the appearance of small rings.
- Divide the avocado in two. Use the tip of the knife to remove the bone.
- Separate the flesh from the skin with a tablespoon.
- Cut the soft part of the avocado halves into half rings.
- Boil chicken eggs hard (cook for 10 - 12 minutes). Then cut already boiled eggs into four parts.
- Place all previously sliced ingredients - cucumber, tomatoes, herbs, eggs and avocados in a deep bowl. Season to taste with spices, salt and ground black pepper.
- Gently mix the ingredients. Use a silicone spatula when mixing the ingredients so as not to damage the structure of the avocado.
- For salad dressing, mix in equal proportions 2 - 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil with squeezed lemon juice.
Important! Use a strainer to prevent lemon seeds from entering the dressing. You can also use ready-made lemon concentrate (it is sold in almost every store), for this, mix the concentrate with water in equal amounts. - Pour the mixed vegetables into the ready-made dressing, mix thoroughly again.
- Put prepared seasoned vegetables in a serving plate, lay on top chopped green onions and eggs.
- To make croutons, cut into cubes several slices of white bread.
- Then, in a separate bowl, mix in equal amounts of vegetable and completely melted butter.
- Season to taste with salt, black pepper. Using a press, skip 1 - 2 cloves of garlic and add to the dressing. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Put sliced white bread on a baking sheet, mix with the finished garlic dressing. Bake in a previously preheated to 180ºC oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Ready croutons - cool croutons and put on top of the salad.
