Step cooking
- Put the chicken breast in a pan, fill it with cold water and cook for 40-45 minutes until cooked. Separate the meat from the bones and remove the skin. Cut the boiled fillet into cubes or small strips. In the future, we use the broth to make soup.
- Wash my avocado under running water, make a longitudinal incision and remove the stone.
- To peel the avocado from the skin, use a teaspoon. It will be easy, because avocado is a soft and pliable fruit.
- After cleaning, cut it into cubes.
- At washed bell pepper we cut out seeds and veins, if anyone does not like. Also cut into cubes or strips.
- Wash the tomato and cut into rings. Now, if desired, you can cut the pulp with seeds, or you can not cut. Tomatoes are also cut into cubes.
- My cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
- Rub cheese on a coarse grater.
- Pour all the products into a deep container, salt, add the garlic, ground black pepper and other spices, passed through the press, as desired.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of light salad mayonnaise, mix and let the salad brew for 20-30 minutes.
- We spread it on a serving dish laid out with lettuce.
