Step cooking
- We cut 300 g of Beijing cabbage - not large, but not very small.
- Finely chop the 30 g of dill.
- Cut 200 g of crab sticks - across, diagonally, with thin chips.
- We lay out all the ingredients in a bowl, add 150 g of canned corn.
- Avocado cut in half, remove the stone.
- Carefully select the pulp from the halves of the avocado with a teaspoon so as not to tear the skin.
- The pulp is cut into thin strips, spread into the total mass.
- Cut the lemon and squeeze the juice from it onto an avocado.
- Pepper and salt salad to taste.
- In a separate bowl, mix 4 tbsp. l mayonnaise and 1 tsp. mustard.
- Dress the salad with the resulting hot sauce, mix gently.
- We spread the salad in avocado molds.
Useful Tips
- Ripe avocados are required for the salad. Therefore, choosing it, pay attention to the color - the ripe fruit has a rich dark green color. It should be soft, but in moderation. Too soft surface indicates that the fruit is overripe. If you did not find ripe - buy unripe. Wrap it tightly at home with paper or put it in a paper bag with an apple or tomato. In a couple of days, the avocado will ripen.
- Other ingredients may be present in such a salad, for example: boiled eggs, fresh cucumber, celery, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, feta or feta cheese, radishes, grapefruit, shrimp, lettuce, canned peas, apple. It all depends on the flight of your imagination and courage.
