Step cooking
- The contents of one 200-gram can of canned beans in a tomato are transferred to a deep bowl. It is best to first put clean beans, and season with tomato at the end to add the required amount.
- Peel, crush and cut into very small pieces, but in fact, chop 2-3 cloves of garlic. We also send it to the bowl.
- Rinse and finely chop 1 bunch of cilantro, put it in a salad. If you do not like cilantro, you can replace it with parsley and other herbs, but if you do this, you will lose the authentic taste of the dish.
- Finally, add 30 g of rye crackers to the salad. They can be either purchased or homemade, cooked in the oven from ordinary bread.
- To taste, add salt, ground black and red hot peppers and tomato sauce in which the beans were to the salad. Mix everything well and serve the salad to the table.
